So I decided to start a catering business... I want to run it through etsy, and when I get my new home in a few months (gotta wait for renovations to finish, and I need to save up to be able to turn on the power and water and what-not.) And... I also gotta get a car... but that can happen in about a month.. So now I need to start planning my menu's and prices and configure taxes and everything like that. I am going to specialize in gourmet cookies, since those are my strongest trait in my baking. My best cookie so far is my peanut butter cookies. I have had lots of compliments on them, so I think thats going to be one of my popular items. I make all of my cookies from scratch, and I will also have sugar free cookies for the diabetic folks out there too.
Anyhow, now that I have this up in the air, I got alot of ground to cover and lots of planning to do! Im totally excited about it! <3

Congrats! Hope it all goes smoothly for you. I can almost taste those cookies.
Where are you going to run your bakery? I have had a desire to make my Greek cookies and pastries and maybe start by taking them to local shops to sell. How do you know how to get started?
